Gene the sales guy as professional but relaxed and made the whole experience fun rather than something dreadful. The Sales Manager walked me through the whole trade in experience and took me along to inspect the car. He offered me a fair deal on my trade in. When I came back to get my new car they where quick but covered everything. The car was clean and tank was full. Could not have asked for a more simple car buying experience. I have already told my coworkers about it and one was already looking for a new truck so hopefully he will also be buying from Grappone.

I had a really fantastic experience with our car salesman Nathan Mello. I can honestly say that I had looked at about 20 other dealers when looking for a car, and this is not my first time buying a car either. It was the best service I have ever gotten. He was the best car salesman that I have ever spoken to. He was very professional and we never felt pressured. he was very factual and straight forward with everything even the negatives. There was never anything that was hidden, forgotten about, or missing. At first I wasn't sure about Grappone because I have heard some negative things, but I was easily proved wrong by the service that he provided us. I have actually already talked about my car buying experience with other people who might be in the market for a new car. I could have bought the same car at a bunch of different dealerships, but I don't think I would have had the same amazing experience and been so pleased! I will highly recommend people because of the great work that he did while working to find us the best car for us!

we were disappointed our rear view mirror was not the automatic day/night. With our model we had to "flip" the switch for day or night use. Our former 2011 Sonata had this as as standard. To go back in time for the old fashioned type was quite a shock.
