My wife bought a 2016 Santa Fe in Dec 2015 and had a wonderful experience, so I figured I would give them a look. I had an excellent experience with Melvin and the entire Grappone team. The whole sales department was very nice and helpful. The finance department worked wonderfully for me (I don't have the best credit). we were disappointed our rear view mirror was not the automatic day/night. With our model we had to "flip" the switch for day or night use. Our former 2011 Sonata had this as as standard. To go back in time for the old fashioned type was quite a shock.

I'm a long-time purchase and service customer at Grappone and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Sales and service staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and there is no pressure from sales staff. I just had another great experience and I love my 2016 Sonata!

Everything I said about Hyundai service earlier in the survey was because of Grappone. I have never had any experience with the collision dept, service, sales, or even the valet department that wasn't uniquely positive, and I mean uniquely. It isnt because the staff are just friendly. They are genuinely concerned with elling you the car you want, helping you mintain your car to the highest levels of performance and doing it all in a timely, professional, courteous AND friendly manner. Bought a new Veloster here last year. Loved the car but have a new baby and unfortunately the car is no longer practical for my family. Decided on the 2017 Santa Fe s. I love it.
